Tainted Kutesa Bounces Back As Minister

Money-bags Sam Kutesa has bounced back as Foreign Affairs minister in a new cabinet list released by President Museveni yesterday afternoon.

Kutesa had stepped aside with other colleagues John Nasasira (Chief Whip), and Mwesigye Rukutana (State for Labour) amidst accusation of abuse of office in Commonwealth Heads of State Meeting (CHOGM).

The other two were also reappointed.

Like we told you before, Frank Tumwebaze and Richard Todwong have been appointed ministers.
Tumwebaze has taken over the minister in charge of presidency which fell vacant after parliament forces Kabakumba Masiko to resign over UBC Mast scandal.

One of the casualties of the reshuffle is Richard Nduhuura who as been dumped in NewYork as United Nations Ambassador.
