The government is full of junk leaders

“We have said it repeatedly that this government is full of junks. Junk leaders, junk choppers etc. it may not be surprising that these choppers were junk. Sooner than later, we shall see a junk Museveni also collapsing,” Karuhanda said.

He added: “It is very important for Ugandans to know how much these choppers were bought and in what condition were they? We want Kiyonga and Aronda to come and explain this to parliament. We are getting row deals on everything we are procuring. We don’t want them to lie to parliament that these choppers were hit by fighters yet they were junk. We want to know who procured them.”

The MPs also said it is high time parliament considers debating a motion aimed at removing the UPDF soldiers from Somalia whose war they said is not about to end but killing several of Ugandan soldiers.
